1,000 Day Roadmap Initiatives and Teams
Our goal is to create “ Possibility Thinking” and work to make Central Oregon a High Performance Community. Included in that is the creation of Initiative Teams that take on a specific area to work on in conjunction with community volunteers. Here are the teams and leaders that are up and running and working for solutions. Please get involved and join us in the journey! DURT “Delay Uncertainty Regulation and Taxes”
Here the leaders and team are trying to work on address City and County and State issues that are keeping job creation from happening.

Structured Housing
This team is focused on using the resources we already have in terms of wood Products, manufacturing and construction to investigate and pursue the development of a world wide distribution for Structured Housing. Similar to the ability to order a house from IKEA.

Regional Leadership Roundtable
Here leadership is focused on both business leaders and elected officials from Warm Springs to LaPine in a regular roundtable discussion to look at Regional Issues, Problem solving and early warning system for Central Oregon issues.

Elite Athletic Training Center
This team is focused on investigating and developing the possibility of a training center, R and D, product development, Medical issues as it relates to our wonderful athletic opportunities and elite athletes that live here.

Here the teams are focused on developing opportunities that may include a 4 year private university relocating or starting here in Central Oregon. This may also involve a Leadership Institute.
